This had to be one of my favourite lectures of the season. Mark Ingham was brilliant! Opening with a little anecdote about teaching JME really got everyone listening and then proceeding to talk about photography, which is something I really enjoy so he had me hooked the entire way through.

He began by talking about how supporting text can alter the viewers perception of an image, (even if it may not be completely true) and how there are certain images which are anchored in their supporting text and no longer speak for themselves.
